Our Advanced classes are designed for experienced clients who can move confidently and independently on the equipment, including making their own adjustments safely and efficiently throughout class.
Â
These sessions are physically demanding, with a strong focus on strength, control, balance, and advanced movement coordination. Clients attending Advanced classes are expected to have a solid understanding of the Pilates repertoire and be able to perform exercises with the technique, pace, and precision demonstrated by the instructor.
Â
Due to the intensity and level of independence required, these classes are not suitable for those currently managing injuries or requiring ongoing equipment support.
